Welcome to

Pink Fence Farms

Registered Scottish Highlands and HighParks

We are a small farm located near Fulton, Mississippi.
We breed Scottish Highlands and HighParks.

What is the difference between a Highland and a HighPark?

HighPark cattle are a hybrid cross between Scottish Highland and White Park cattle, typically 50% or more Highland, designed to combine the shaggy, long-haired coat of the Highland with the white coat and distinct dark "points" (ears, nose, eyes) of the White Park breed.

About us

Established in 2023, Pink Fence Farms is a homestead built beside the home we’ve loved for over 20 years. What began as a dream to bring new life to our land has grown into a passion for raising exceptional Scottish Highland cattle.

We chose full-blooded, registered Scottish Highlands for their beauty, gentle nature, and resilience. These remarkable animals thrive on a diverse diet, are attentive mothers, and produce richly flavored, tender beef that is naturally lower in cholesterol and saturated fat than many commercial breeds.

Our herd began with a single heifer, bull, and steer, and has steadily grown to include registered Highlands, British White cattle, and polled HighParks. Alongside them, our farm is home to a lively mix of animals—chickens, donkeys, ducks, dogs, cats, and even a bearded dragon—making every day on the farm full of life.

Spring 2026 marks our very first calving season, and we are thrilled to welcome these beautiful calves. We take great pride in raising our animals with care and intention. All calves remain with their mothers until naturally weaned at around six months of age, ensuring a healthy and low-stress start to life.

We do accept early commitments for calves; however, they will not leave our farm until fully weaned. Each calf will also receive its first round of vaccinations unless otherwise requested.

Thank you for visiting Pink Fence Farms. We invite you to join our newsletter and check back often for updates on available calves and farm life.
